从2014年7月3日开始，中央档案馆开始在网上连续公布日本侵华战犯的罪行自供，每天一名战犯，共45人。这些罪行直供均为战犯笔供原貌，不做任何材料整编和删节处理。18日公布的战犯是笠实，以下为中英对照供词：

| 据笠实1954年11月笔供，他1906年生于日本福冈县，华名李实。1939年来华，曾任伪山西省临汾县公署财务辅佐官、壶关县政府顾问等职。 | According to the written confession of Kasa Jitsu in November 1954, he was born in Fukuoka Prefecture, Japan in 1906 and had a Chinese name Li Shi.
