Xu Wei's new album glorifies life

After four years of preparation, Chinese singer-songwriter Xu Wei's fifth album is finally finished and set for release on October 15.

Web site Sina reports that the new album,"Ai Ru Shao Nian" ("Love As If We Were Still Young"), is a glorification of love and life.

Xu began preparing for the album after the release of "Every Minute Is Fresh" in 2004. The twelve songs on the album were selected from more than a hundred songs. Top producers from all over the world contributed to the album.

After the release of the album, Xu will start his six-stop concert tour around China in December.
