Qing Dynasty's mummified corpse discovered in Xinjiang

This photo, taken on Tuesday, January 6, 2009, shows a mummified corpse that dates back to Qing Dynasty. It was found recently in Turpan region in northwest China's Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region. Construction workers excavated a total of five male mummies the day before. The excavation site has been cordoned off for protection.
