Acting Chief Executive Donald Tsang will lead a delegation of Hong Kong government officials and local business leaders to Hainan Province on Friday for the Boao Forum for Asia Annual Conference 2005, a government press release said Tuesday.

The theme of the conference is "Asia Searching for Win-Win: New Role of Asia."

Donald Tsang will join the welcome cocktail reception on his arrival at Boao on Friday. He will attend the opening ceremony and deliver a keynote speech at the plenary session on Saturday morning.

Accompanying Tsang will be Secretary for Commerce, Industry and Technology John Tsang, Director of the Beijing Office Bowen Leung and Director of Information Services Yvonne Choi.

Tsang will return to Hong Kong on April 24.
