Chinese Foreign Minister Li Zhaoxing held a reception in Beijing Wednesday evening for all delegations to the second round of the six-party talks.

The talks, involving China, the Democratic People's Republic of Korea, the United States, the Republic of Korea, Russia and Japan, opened here Wednesday morning.
