CPI Up by 1.3% in November

China's consumer price index (CPI) rose by 1.3 percent in November from the same period last year, the National Bureau of Statistics (NBS) said Monday.

 

The CPI rose by 1.8 percent year-on-year in the first eleven months of this year, the NBS said.

 

November saw a month-on-month decrease of CPI by 0.3 percent.

 

Foodstuff rose by 1.6 percent, non-food prices were up 1.2 percent and consumer product prices up 0.9 percent, according to NBS figures.
