Fujian Police Unveil Illegal VAT Receipt Case
Police in Longyan City in east China's Fujian Province unveiled an fake 18-million-yuan false value-added-tax (VAT) receipt case recently, the largest ever in the city.

Two suspects surnamed Shen and Weng were arrested by local police, and another suspect surnamed Cao from Guangdong province is still at large.

Cao provided the false certificates and accounts to Shen and Weng in their cooperation of garment export businesses. Companies from east China's Anhui Province and southwest China's Sichuan Province received eight such false receipts valued at over 2.64 million yuan.

The local police have sent out forces to search for Cao.
