The People's Bank of China is to start-up the personal credit assessment system this year,said the spokesman with the bank.
The personal credit information registered in the central bank will be regarded as the center,and two departments of the bank will get actual personal information from the commercial banks as the foundation of the personal system,the spokesman said.
The designing mode,assessment plan and detailed data are under operation so far and will be turned over to an individual company for further management after the information system is well operated,the spokesman said.
The personal credit company got experimental units in Shanghai,while will never have such units in other places.The personal credit company will build only one center in China,drafted in Beijing.
Banking system will track the personal credit information records,and other departments such as taxation,industrial and commercial administration and public security system will also offer related information in time,the spokesman said.
