ICBC to Offer Better Services to Shanghai Residents
The Shanghai branch of the Industrial and Commercial Bank of China (ICBC) has assigned 100 outlet managers to provide private services to clients.

ICBC is the first one in the Shanghai financial sector to take such move.

These managers will offer customized financial services to different clients, including financial consultations. The move indicates the development of personal or advanced services in the banking sector not merely the provision of fundamental services, said an industry analyst.

From this month, all the Autonomic Teller Machines (ATM) of ICBC's Shanghai branch will be operational 24-hours a day, said a spokesman with the branch.
