Hong Kong Recommends District for Tourism Focus in October
The Hong Kong Tourism Board (HKTB) announced on Sunday that the Central and Western District will be promoted in October as the "Recommendation of the Month."

This is part of HKTB's "City of Life: Hong Kong is it!" tourism campaign.

A series of events and activities will be held next month to promote this district, which is the commercial and financial center of Hong Kong.

Major activities include the Opening Carnival, the Chinese Herbs and Dried Seafood Festival, the Art and Antiques Festival, the Arts Carnival at the Peak, the Soho Carnival and the Lan Kwai Fong Carnival.

Also, more than 200 shops and restaurants will take part in the "Central and Western District Shopping and Dining Spree."

Customers simply need to present the HKTB's October's Attractions leaflet or the "Central and Western District Shopping and Dining Spree" pamphlet to take advantage of special discounts on shopping and dining.
