HK, Guangdong to Provide to SMEs Monthly Guide on PRD Business
Hong Kong and Guangdong are to launch a monthly publication to provide an insight for the small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) in Hong Kong doing business inthe Pearl River Delta (PRD), a Hong Kong newspaper reported on Wednesday.

This is the first time that the Trade Development Council of Hong Kong has cooperated with the Department of Foreign Trade and Economic Co-operation in Guangdong to launch such a publication.

The monthly publication, called "Inside PRD", aims to provide SMEs with practical information such as the law and logistics of doing business across board.

The council's Deputy Executive Director Anna Lai Wong Oi-ling said at a press conference on Tuesday, "I believe the message is very clear that Hong Kong and Guangdong have formed a strong partnership."

She also said overseas businessmen are also interesting in entering the PRD market and SMEs in Hong Kong can act as a middle party.
