While Internet games have already attracted lots of players in China, it is reported that the country's Internet game industry will grow at 115 percent a year for the next 3 years.

Internet games taking the place of ordinary computer games is a new global trend. A recent report from a US market research institute says more than 30% of web users in the world play Internet games, and the number is more than 60% in some developed countries.

With Internet speed increasing with the widespread adoption of broadband wireless communication, many cutting-edge technologies like virtual reality and real time 3D images are being introduced into Internet games to promote the development of the industry.
