China to Stabilize Supply of Agricultural Products

China has strengthened the management of agricultural produce markets to ensure adequate supply after the outbreak of bird flu in some areas.

In particular, markets across the country are required to guarantee fair prices for agricultural products.

The government also calls for strict quarantine and examination of poultry products and the introduction of substitutes if necessary to ensure adequate supplies.
