Professional gourmets from around China and beyond will no doubt be thinking of Changchun, capital of the north-eastern Jilin Province, as a possible destination for their summer holidays when the 11th China Food Expo is held there in a few months time.

The expo will run from May 29 to June 2 at Changchun International Exhibition Center.

It will feature Chinese dairy products, flavoring condiments, beverages, children's food, and production machines.

New technologies and the research fruits of China's food industry will also be displayed.
