Traffic Accident Kills Seven, Injures 13 in Zhejiang

A traffic accident took place Tuesday morning on the No. 104 National Highway of Linhai City, east China's Zhejiang Province, leaving seven dead and 13 others injured.

The local police said the accident happened at around 8:00 AM, when a minibus, with 20 on board, collided with a truck.

The accident site is a two-lane road but one lane was temporarily closed for power supply equipment overhaul when the collision occurred.

As of Tuesday afternoon,three out of the 13 wounded were still in critical condition. Investigation into the cause of the accident is underway.
