A migrant worker hold a booklet about general knowledge of law in Anhui province, on February 14, 2006. The legal aid center of the Judicial Bureau and the Trade Unions of Anhui's Chuzhou City commenced the "Action of Spring Breeze," an event aiming to promote general knowledge of law among migrant workers and provide consulting services, on Chuzhou's railway station square.

 Nearly 10,000 copies of "manuals for people's convenience" on general knowledge of law issued by the legal aid center were distributed to migrant workers to teach them how to protect their legal rights.
