Shanghai First Issues the New Police Certificate

On May 31st, Shanghai issued the new nationwide-unified police certificate. 200 policemen coming from the public security bureau and the armed forces participated in ceremony celebrating the first publication of the new certificate. Shanghai is one of the four municipality cities directly under the Central Government, which first issued the new police certificate. About 1,600,000 Chinese policemen will use unified police certificate from January 1st, 2007.
