200 People Evacuated in Chemical Leakage

Firemen attempt to contain a titanium tetrachloride leak at a chemical plant in Tianhe District, Guangzhou, south China's Guangdong Province August 17 2006. An accident occurring during the equipment disassembly process caused the leak and forced the evacuation of 200 people.
