Eight Trapped Miners Rescued in Anhui

An injured miner (2nd R) is escorted out of a coal mine after an underground passage collapse at Xieqiao Coalmine in east China's Anhui Province October 12. All eight miners trapped underground were rescued and they were in stable condition, Xinhua reported. The coal mine belongs to the Huainan Mining Group and has an annual production capacity of seven million tons.
