Hospital Hit by SARS Reopens in Hong Kong
Hong Kong's Prince of Wales Hospital (PWH), which was hit by severe acute respiratory syndrome (SARS) last month, reopened its accident and emergency ward on Sunday.

"The operation is normal and smooth. The staff morale is high," said the hospital in a statement released on Sunday.

The PWH has enforced the infection control guidelines among different departments and staff with appropriate monitoring. Thorough cleansing of wards has been carried out according to infection control guidelines, according to the statement.

The hospital was shut down last month after many of its staff was affected by the atypical pneumonia virus.
