Truck Crash Kills 15, Injures 12 in India

A truck carrying a wedding party crashed into a tree in eastern India, killing at least 15 people and injuring 12, an Indian government official told local media on Monday.

The accident, in the Palamau district of Jharkhand state, occured on Sunday when the driver lost control of the truck and it veered off the road, the official said.
