Old Man Dies at 111

The Zhejiang Daily reports that eastern Zhejiang Province's oldest man has died at the age of 111.

The man, named Zheng Ruda, was born in 1895, in a rural Zhejiang village. He was once a boat operator, grocery owner and shop keeper. He did not stop working until the age of 93.

In character, he was easy-going, modest, honest, and hospitable. He shared his life with a big and happy family with more than 30 members.

He received a special subsidy from the local government after reaching 100, as is case across China.
