The first subdistrict website for the disabled has opened in Beijing to help these people gain more information about social welfare issues, the Beijing Evening News reports.

The website, created by the Qianmen Neighborhood Association of the Disabled, will provide policy and law services for the disabled on their employment, medical treatment, pension privileges and tourism.

Any disabled persons in the community who are unclear of government policies can log in www.qmcl.gov.cn for help.
