The Swedish bridegroom, Fredrik, raises veil of his Chinese bride, Cui Hong, during their traditional Chinese wedding at Beijing Qianmen Restaurant January 5.

The western bridegroom went to the home of his bride's parents to meet his bride and took her back to the restaurant in a Chinese sedan chair. The couple, dressed in Chinese costumes, invited 300 friends and relatives, including German ambassador and his wife, to witness their special day.
