Migrant children learn English
Adjust font size:

A girl high-fives with a foreign teacher, Mark Wolf, at an English party held at the citizens' square in Shenzhen's Yantian District yesterday. The party was held to show how much the children of migrant workers had improved in learning English since activities including "Children of migrant workers learn English free of charge" and "Paying one yuan to learn English" were organized in the district. Most of the children can now speak everyday English fluently. They sang English songs, recited poetry and communicated with foreign teachers at yesterday's party.
