Culture center for expats opens in Shanghai

Expats living in Shanghai's Jing'an District took part in the official opening of a cultural center yesterday. Occupying an area of 2,200 square meters on Huai'an Road, it incorporates an education center, exhibition hall and creative workshop.

 

A photographic exhibition on the Jiangning Community also opened to commemorate the establishment of the center.
