You don't need to go to H&M, Zara and MNG to get your affordable fashion fix in China, as Chinese store Copa demonstrates.

Yes, there are some Chinese touches to a couple of their items (alas, lace-bedecked collars do surface on a couple of shirts), but for the most part, you'd be forgiven for thinking you were in a Topshop outlet, without, of course, the hordes of manic teenagers fighting over the latest cropped jacket.

Occupying the mid-range of the price bracket, these clothes and accessories do their price tags justice: They're funky, stylish and – importantly – of impeccable quality.

You'll fall in love with an uber-trendy cropped wool, high-collared, silk-lined jacket a la Sienna Miller (RMB 698), and a head-turning, wool-trimmed, ultra-trendy bag (RMB 498).

Location: 1118, 1/F, 3.3 Shopping Mall, Sanlitun Lu, Chaoyang District
Opening hours: Daily 10am-10pm
Tel: 010-5136-5530
