Three More Grottos Found in Huangshan City

Three more man-made grottos were recently discovered in Huangshan City in east China's Anhui Province.

The three grottos, in Guilin Town in Shexian County in the city, were found by local farmers while doing farm work.

With no documents on these ancient grottos, it remains unknown when and why these grottos were carved, and by whom.

The city boasts the scenic Huangshan Mount, which is listed as a World Heritage Site by the United Nations Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization.
