Boao Asia Forum
Dear china.org.cn,

My name is Amanda Rust and I am curious to know more about the Boao Asia Forum meeting in Hainan on April 12-13. I'll be working with China Telecom for the next few weeks to help them prepare for this extremely important meeting.

Would your organization, by chance, like to have a report about the "behind the scenes" look at one of China's biggest, most successful companies and how they gear up for such an event?

Thank you for any information you can send me.

Yours,

Amanda Rust

Dear Amanda,

Glad to hear from you!

As to your enquiry, though I haven’t found any related reports, I can give you a Boao Forum URL: http://www.boaoforum.org/boao/english/eindex.htm. It contains almost everything about the forum including the organization, declaration, charter, history, structure, press conference arrangement, agenda and sponsorship for 2002 forum, etc., which I believe may give you a hint on how to prepare a large conference.

BFA headquarters is permanently located in Boao, Hainan Province of the People's Republic of China. For further information, please contact bfa@boaoforum.org.

Good luck!
