The renowned Chinese film actor, Fu Biao, who costarred in the popular director Feng Xiaogang's epic Big Shots Funeral, remains in a coma after a successful liver transplant on the weekend.

The lead actor of many films was suffering from terminal liver cancer and accepted the donor liver in a 10-hour operation in Beijing last Friday.

Many fans showed greetings to the film star through the Chinese portal website Sina.com.cn and some movie stars, such as Zhang Guoli, also sent well wishes.
