Colleague in Court for Bad Joke
A woman has filed a lawsuit against a colleague of her husband for making an "inappropriate joke", reports Beijing Morning Post.

Zhang's husband, who works in Beijing, returned to his hometown during the Chinese New Year holiday but the family reunion was spoilt when Zhang saw a short message on her husband's cell phone.

"Happy Chinese New Year. Missing you. Delete this message in case your wife sees it," the message read.

The couple quarreled throughout the holiday and relatives and friends were shocked by the scandal.

Zhang's husband did not find out that it was a prank played by his colleague, Qiao, until he returned to Beijing.

Zhang has sued Qiao at Beijing No 2 Intermediate People's Court, demanding compensation of 20,000 yuan (US$2,400) for mental anguish
