The fourth China International Flower and Garden Exposition closed Sunday in Guangzhou in south China's Guangdong Province. The exposition organized by the Ministry of Construction opened on October 1, 2001.

Three million garden and floral exhibits from sixty-two cities in 20 countries and regions were shown at the exposition which attracted 1.3 million domestic and foreign visitors.

Organizers say that landscape designs for public scenic areas were also included.

Shenzhen city of Guangdong Province will host the next expostiion.
