White Pagoda at Ningcheng of Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region
This pagoda, built on the site of the middle capital of the Liao Dynasty in Ningcheng County near Chifeng City, is called the white Pagoda because it is painted white.

It is a solid multi-eared octagonal pagoda, each side on the ground floor fourteen meters long. Seventy-four meters tall, the pagoda has a proportionally large first storey and thirteen levels of eaves. It is the largest among ancient pagodas built during the Liao and Kin dynasties.
