Xiong Guangkai, deputy chief of the General Staff of the Chinese People's Liberation Army, met in Beijing Monday with a delegation of general officers from the US National Defense University CAPSTONE Program.
The delegation is headed by Admiral Leon A. Edney, USN Retired),former NATO's Supreme Allied Commander, Atlantic and Commander-in-Chief, US Atlantic Command.
The two sides exchanged views over the Sino-US relations and the international and regional security issues.
