Postgraduate's Door Opens Wider

China's Ministry of Education  plans to enrol 360 thousand postgraduates next year, an increase of 34 thousand over this year.

The number of doctoral candidates will be the same as this year.

The People's Daily reports China had educated 930 thousand postgraduates by the end of last year, since the country resumed entrance exams for postgraduates in 1978.
