Garfield cartoon strips have officially entered China with the Garfield movie released several weeks ago.
The first translated Garfield series contains 40 books, covering most of the classic stories of the fat, lazy and mischievous cat.

It is reported to have sold over a million copies since its' grand release last month at the Great Wall.

The 26-year-old tabby is one of the most widely published cartoons in the world and this is first time that a complete Garfield strip has been introduced to China.
