United Nations Educational, Scientific, and Cultural Organization, or UNESCO, has established its fourteenth professorship at China's Northern Jiaotong University.

The project will further open channels of cooperation with UNESCO to develop scientific research, training, as well as academic exchanges. UNESCO will in turn provide basic funding.

This professorship position will be part of the effort to explore avenues within higher education and cooperate with enterprises around China.
