China Central Television will send musicians to perform a live concert at Toronto's Rogers Centre on January 15 and at New York's Radio City on January 23, as part of the Spring Festival celebrations.

These two concerts feature performances from "The Same Song," China's most popular music program produced by CCTV-3. Directed by Meng Xin, the concert will be performed by an all-star cast. Meng has promised audiences the best line-up of performers including 30 pop stars from Hong Kong, Taiwan and the mainland such as Alan Tam, Lee Hom Wang, Qi Qin, Su Rui, Liu Huan, Mao Amin, Sun Nan, Wei Wei, Wilber Pan and the band Beyond.

The popular mainland actors Zhang Guoli and Li Ping, Taiwan's David Wu and Ke Lan, and Hong Kong's Bowie Zeng will host the concert.

CCTV-1, CCTV-3, CCTV-4 and CCTV-9 will broadcast the two concerts during the Spring Festival holiday.
