China Attaches Importance to Relics Protection on Cultural Revolution

China's Minister of Culture Sun Jiazheng said in Beijing Thursday that China attaches importance to collection and protection of cultural relics including those relating to Cultural Revolution.

At a press conference of the Information Office of the State Council, Sun said lots of data and documents relating to Cultural Revolution have been lost and scattered all over the world.

The National Museum, National Library and other museums of China have collected many cultural relics relating to Cultural Revolution, which will be conducive to history research, Sun said.
