Adjust font size:

Recently archeologists found a house built 9,000 years ago in Zhengzhou together with an ancient sewerage system and stoneware workshops. Experts saw that from the structure of the house one can get basic knowledge on China's ancient villages.

A reporter from Zhengzhou Evening News revealed on Sunday that some 6,000 sq m of ancient house sites had been unearthed.

Xin, one of the experts, told the reporter that the current site place occupied an area of 300 thousand sq m.

Zhang Songlin, director of the local archeological research institute, said that the site was well preserved, and he said it was crucial to the academic research of China's ancient history.
