China's largest publishing distribution center launched
Adjust font size:

Beijing Publishing Logistics Center will open on Thursday.

The Beijing News reported that this publishing logistics center, located in Tongzhou district, is China's largest publishing distribution center, covering an area of about 300,000 square meters.

The first section of the project is composed of an international book center, a logistics center equipped with advanced facilities and a service center. The international book center will embrace nearly 700 publishing and press companies around China and 300 oversea publishing companies once it opens.

For convenience, free shuttle buses will be in service between the center and Beijing's business districts such as Xi Zhimen, Xuyuan Road, Tian Shuiyuan and Jianguomen.

The second section of the project is under preparation. In addition, China's largest state-owned online book website www.beifabook.com will be launched on Thursday.
