Winners of China's Second National Vocal Music Award Announced
The winners of China's second state-sponsored national vocal musical award -- the Golden Bugle -- were announced at a party Monday evening in Wenzhou, east China's Zhejiang Province.

Qiao Jun and Gao Yin emerged as the best male and female folk singers, respectively.

Tu Honggang and Xie Yuxin won the award for best male and female pop vocalists, respectively.

The medal for best artists went to Song Zuying, Yan Weiwen and Cai Guoqing.

Mountain Eagle won the award for best band.

The Golden Bugle is an annual event sponsored by the State Administration of Radio, Film and Television and held by the Central People's Broadcasting Stations and related bodies.
