Foreigners in Suzhou Go for Chinese Culture
More and more foreigners are coming to China to work, study, and live. On Saturday, the 2nd Contest of Foreigners Artistic Talents was held in Suzhou City, famous for its gardens, in southeastern China's Jiangsu Province. Participants enthusiastically showed their love of Chinese culture.

Dozens of foreigners working and living in Suzhou took to the stage to express their love of Chinese culture. Most participants are reportedly from joint ventures or schools.

Seventy-eight-year-old Kori is from Canada. Every move of his sword-dance reflects his life here. Two teenage Korean girls have no difficulty singing Chinese songs. Enthusiasm for Suzhou is high.

"There's lots of gourmet food and various kinds of delicious cakes in Suzhou. Everything is amazing, just incredible," said Guan Caiyan, participant from Malaysia.

Though most of them can not speak Chinese fluently and their dance movements are a bit stiff, their every gesture and smile reveal the joy of their life in China.
