Dongxiang:
With a population of 370,000, the Dongxiang ethnic group lives in compact communities in Gansu Province. The Dongxiang people can also be found in Qinghai Province and Ningxia Hui and Xinjiang Uygur autonomous regions. They generally use their own spoken language and the Han Chinese script.
