Lhoba:
Comprising merely 2,900 people, it is the smallest ethnic minority group in China. Living in Mainling, Medog, Zayu, Lhunze and Nangxian counties and some other areas of Nyingchi Prefecture, the Tibet Autonomous Region, the Lhoba people use their own spoken language and the Tibetan and the Han Chinese scripts.
