The State Environmental Protection Administration has issued technical plans for the emergent disposal of SARS virus contaminated wastes. They are worked out by its scientists for the reference of localities in their fight against the SARS.
A spokesman for the SEPA said that it is designed to strengthen the management and guidance regarding the emission of wastewater and garbage discharged by medical institutions and to avoid the spread of the SARS.
