The executive meeting of the city's council has enacted rules for dangerous waste pollution control and handed it to the city's legislature for deliberation.

The city transferred more than 40,000 tons of dangerous waste and more than 30,000 used containers of chemical coating materials last year. It boasts of 15 firms that dispose of dangerous waste with an annual capacity of 90,000 tons of dangerous waste and 200,000 used containers of chemical coating materials.
