Two people were reported killed and four injured after winds blew down a small makeshift building in the nation's capital on Wednesday, according to the Beijing Evening News.

In another development, the strong winds with an average force of 7 swept down a big advertisement board on a street at about 8 am on the same day, injuring a 30-year-old passenger. The strong winds began battering Beijing at about 2 am on Wednesday.
