At Least 20 Killed in Baghdad Suicide Car Bombing

At least 15 Iraqi policemen and five civilians were killed in a suicide car bomb attack Thursday morning in southern Baghdad, said an interior ministry official.

The attack occurred at 8 a.m. local time when a suicide bomber drove his car into a convoy of police vehicles in Baghdad's southern Dora district.

Ten civilians and policemen were also wounded in the attack.

The attack came after more than a dozen bombings ripped through Baghdad on Wednesday, killing at least 160 people and wounding 570.
