China's top legislature on Friday voiced its grave worries over military actions against Iraq by the United States and some other countries, strongly calling for the halt of the operations.
In a statement issued by its Foreign Affairs Committee, the National People's Congress said China has always held that international disputes should be solved through political means instead of the use of military force.
